By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:You are 18 years old or older to commission me. Under any circumstances, If a chargeback is issued by someone who is under 18 and I was made unaware, I will not be held accountable.From any ill behavior, I have the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

About PaymentPayment is by Stripe only. I will ask you for your preferred email so I can send in an invoice of your commission. You are expected to pay full price upfront before I begin the commission. You do not need to make a Stripe account in order to commission me.Commission processI will send a sketch of your commission to you usually after a few days after invoice sent. You may ask for further wips after. Note that sketches are on low opacity as to deter frauds.You can message me for any changes you want whenever. Please note that I do charge extra for any changes if commissions are in the late stages of coloring and rendering. The more complex changes are the more costly it is.RefundsYou have a week from time that I start on your commission to ask for a full refund. Please keep in mind, if you cancel a commission mid-way do not expect to see the current result. For example: expecting to see lineart after seeing the sketch.If for whatever reason I am unable to continue your commission, I will notify you promptly when I am available and you may get a full refund if chosen.Regarding if commissions are mid-way in the process, and you want a refund, depends on how far the commission is currently. Refunds can be half or less of the final cost, no exceptions.Warning: if you chargeback at any time without my prior knowledge, expect to be blacklisted and blocked.Copyright and UsageI understand, as the artist, I do not have full rights to the commissioner’s own designs and creations in any form, but have the rights for the finished commissioned artwork.Therefore, please let me know if I can share the finished art on my social media. You may share your commission only if my credits are visible.

How do I pay?I use invoices by Stripe. I send you an invoice by your preferred email. I do not use anything else besides Stripe at the moment.
